Our Process

G.G. Frank Construction Co., Inc. provides personal service in all aspects of the building process. From the preliminary meetings to the final closing of the home, you will be dealing with Bob or Matt Frank. G.G. Frank Construction has an architect that works with you to develop your home from the rough drawing or sketch that you may have, to the finished set of drawings that your dream home will be built from.

After the blueprints are completed, the color work selections will begin. These color work selections will be given to each of the sub-contractors that will be working on your home. This will insure, along with jobsite meetings, that all of your selections will be installed to your satisfaction.

Throughout the building process there will be onsite meetings as needed to answer any questions that you may have. All of G.G. Frank's customers are encouraged to come by the building site at any time to take pictures or to just inspect the various different stages of construction.
