A family owned, St. Louis area home building company, G.G. In order to insure a quality home, we are not a high volume builder by design. We will build anywhere from three to six custom homes a year depending on size. Speed does not garner quality. Our emphasis is less on speed and more on the fit and finish of the final product. Energy efficiency is high on our list of priorities, and Bob Frank is certified by the National Association of Home Builders as a Green Building Professional. This all enables us to maintain a very high level of interior and exterior craftsmanship which translates into great customer satisfaction.
